• Short-haul or single-day trips: from £300 per day, plus travel expenses (flights, accommodation, transfers).
   
• Long-haul or multi-day journeys: reduced “extended-trip rates” available for longer itineraries.
   
• Bespoke or VIP assignments: quoted individually depending on complexity, route, and travel class.
   

We’re flexible — you can:

• Use your existing travel agent or family bookings, and we’ll work alongside them seamlessly; or
   
• Allow us to coordinate your flights, hotels, or ground transport through our approved travel management partner, ensuring everything is aligned with your journey plan.
   

All travel bookings made through our partner are invoiced separately, keeping your arrangements transparent and fully compliant with the UK Package Travel Regulations 2018.

We do not sell or combine transport and accommodation as a pre-arranged “package.” Our focus remains on accompaniment, reassurance, and travel coordination — giving you the freedom to choose how your travel is arranged.
